It is recommended once per week for the first three weeks. Then no less than fortnightly for the next five sessions. (It takes 21 days to break a physical habit and up to13 weeks for mindset patterns). Success is a progressive process.
Q.
Is it beneficial to keep up the coaching?
A.
Everyone is different. Some periodically book as things arise or new goals are set - others are more engaged in the process on a regular basis.
